Mr. Kaleb Redden is the Deputy Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer for Policy for the Department of War (DoW) within Research & Engineering (R&E). In this role, he leads a team focused on driving the DoW's adoption of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Redden served as the United States Deputy Coordinator for AUKUS on the National Security Council (NSC) Staff and as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. He has held multiple roles in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, including Principal Director for Nuclear & Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Policy and Chief of Staff for the 2018 National Defense Strategy process.
Mr. Redden earned a M.Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, International Studies, and Political Science from North Carolina State University.
