The JAIC’s Business Process Transformation Mission Initiative Delivers

2020 is the year of AI delivery. Across the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), our mission initiatives (MIs) are delivering AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen critical missions areas within the Department. The Business Process Transformation MI is developing solutions for digital work streams that realize cost savings and increase productivity at scale. The Business Process Transformation’s MIs’ six lines of effort include: business administration; acquisition; human capital management; finance and budget; customer relations; and, training and development. These lines of effort align to a range of DoD business functions.
